Terms and Conditions for the FemBe, a brand of Cellavent Healthcare GmbH, Sweepstakes March 1 to March 5, 2026, 11:59 PM.
Organizer
The organizer of this promotion is FemBe, a brand of Cellavent Healthcare GmbH, Am Trippelsberg 43, 40589 Düsseldorf.
Eligible Participants
Any natural person aged 18 or over with a residence in Germany may participate, with the exception of employees of the organizer, its affiliated companies, and cooperation partners, as well as their respective relatives.
Participation
Participation requires fulfilling the following points:
- Following the accounts @fembe_official & @moi_et_marie_de
- Commenting on the post from March 1, 2026
- Tagging another account
- Liking the last 3 posts
The deadline for participation is March 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Prize
Two sets, each consisting of 1× Moi et Marie slip and 1× 3-month supply of FemBe PMS capsules, will be raffled off to two winners.
The winners will be determined by drawing lots and notified promptly via direct message and in the comments of the sweepstakes post. If they do not respond as requested and confirm acceptance of the prize within 24 hours, a new drawing will take place to determine new winners.
Premature Termination, Exclusion
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, participants have no claims against the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion, for example, in case of violations of the terms and conditions.
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or to extend or limit the time frame or to vary the content of the prizes, provided there are factual reasons for this and the change is reasonable. The organizer will announce any new conditions on its Facebook and Instagram presence.
Liability
The liability of the organizer is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
By participating, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
Data Protection
The personal data of participants will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the promotion and documenting its proper execution, and may also be transmitted to service providers. Personal data of participants will generally be stored for 6 months after the end of the participation period; that of winners will be stored for 10 years for verification purposes.
The participant has a right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and, if applicable, to withdraw any given consent, as well as to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
